摘要：Systems Biology treats biological systems as complex systems and aims to understand their behaviors from a global viewpoint. In this talk, I’ll talk about the application of data mining techniques in systems biology, including protein function prediction, pathway identification and biological network analysis, etc.

报告人简介：赵兴明 工学博士，毕业于中国科学技术大学模式识别与智能系统专业，主要研究方向包括：模式识别，机器学习，生物信息学和系统生物学。
