介绍如何撰写高质量的研究论文；主要国际会议及期刊文章的撰写技巧；从作者、审稿人、编辑多个视角评价什么是好的文章，以及如何提高论文写作水平的有效方法。
报告人：
Qing Li received his PhD degree from the University of Southern California in Computer Science. Before joinning City University of Hong Kong in Sept 1998, Dr Li has taught at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Australian National University (Canberra, Australia). Dr. Li is a Guest Professor (Software Technology) of the Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, China) -- the leading university of the Zhejiang province where he was born. He is also a Visiting Professor of the University of Science and Technology of China, Zhong Shan (Sun Yat-sen) University, and the Knowledge Grid Group in the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Science (Beijing, China), in addition to be an Adjunct Professor of the Hunan University (Changsha, China) where he got his BEng. degree from the Department of Computer Science in 1982.
