个人简介

牛志华，女，1976年11月生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。毕业于西安电子科技大学，获工学博士学位。2005年7月进入上海大学计算机学院工作至今，曾于2013.11-2014.11 在美国肯塔基大学计算机科学系做访问学者。

主要从事密码学方面的研究工作，尤其专注于序列密码安全的评价指标的研究。近年来在包括《IEEE Trans. on Information Theory》、《SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences》、《IEICE Transactions On Fundamentals of Electronics, Communications and Computer Sciences》、《密码学报》、《电子与信息学报》、《通信学报》、《西安电子科技大学学报（自然科学版）》、《武汉大学学报》、《International Journal of Network Security》、《计算机应用》、《工程数学学报》等国内外著名期刊发表SCI/EI检索论文几十篇，担任多个学报的审稿人。

主持完成了国家自然科学基金项目1项、上海市自然科学基金项目1项、上海市教委创新基金项目1项、上海市教委发展基金项目1项、上海市选拔培养优秀青年教师基金项目1项、中科院信息安全国家重点实验室项目1项、应用数学福建省高校重点实验室2021年开放课题1项。作为技术骨干参加了多项国家级和省部级研究项目。
